One Sentence, 50 Thousand Chinese Yuan!
Qiandao Lake is now soliciting new publicity slogans for its tourism and B&B industry. The highest prize money for the best Qiandao Lake tourism slogan is 50 thousand Chinese Yuan and that for B&B industry is 20 thousand Chinese Yuan!
After Qiandao Lake's years of tourism publicity, promotion and accumulation, such slogans as “World Mountain and Water Park (世界山水公园)”, “Renowned Oriental Leisure Lake (东方休闲名湖)”, “Qiandao Lake, the Oasis for Your Soul (千岛湖，心灵的绿洲)” have established the unique tourism brand of Qiandao Lake in domestic and international markets. Under the background of the integration of Qiandao Lake’s culture, tourism and sports, and with the aim of building the new slogans and images of Qiandao Lake’s culture, tourism and sports with full strength to help enhance the promotion of Qiandao Lake tourism brand, Chun’an County Culture Broadcasting Tourism and Sports Bureau is now soliciting new tourism and B&B slogans from the world. Related appraisal and selection activities will also be carried out.
The first phase: Onwards until May 7, 2019
Qiandao Lake solicits slogans from the world until May 7, 2019.
The second phase: May 8 to May 12, 2019
All entries will be appraised by experts, and the first, second and third prizes, as well as honorable mention and finalists will be selected with the consent of the organized party.
The third phase: May 13 to May 19, 2019
Public announcements will be made online for public opinion. If no objection arises, the results will then be finalized.

Qiandao Lake Tourism Slogan
Qiandao Lake B&B Industry Slogan
Slogan Requirements:
1. The publicity slogans to be submitted shall embody the resource advantages and featured culture connotations of Qiandao Lake’s culture, tourism and sports. They shall be of rich meaning and are catching, appealing and have an affinity, which can resonate with the public.
2. The slogans shall be in accordance with the characteristics of marketing and communication in the new era, that is, precise, simple, lucid and catchy.
3. The slogans shall be no more than 16 words and explicit explanations are needed.
4. The slogans shall be original and have never been published before.
5. Every person is only allowed to make submission once, and each submission shall contain no more than four slogans. In the case of multiple submissions by one person, the time of the first submission shall prevail.
6. In the case of the same content submitted by several people, the first submission shall prevail.
Submission Requirements
1. Works to be submitted shall be marked with the words “Chun’an County Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism and Sports Image Publicity Slogan Soliciting Activity” and submitters shall provide their real name, copy of ID cards and accurate contact information.
2. Because the work is to be submitted through email, the work submitting time is based on the email sending time.
3. If any plagiarism found in the application, the submitters’ qualification for the award will be canceled. If it involves legal issues such as copyright and copyright dispute, the responsibility shall be on the applicants. Under the circumstances of prize money having been given already, the applicants shall return all of the money. The legal and civil liability arising from this dispute shall be borne by the applicants.
4. The winning entries selected for this event will be deemed to be the works commissioned by the organizer. Once the authors accept the abovementioned awards, he/she agrees that the organizer has all copyrights except the right of authorship. Except for the prize money that the organizer gives to the winners, the organizer will not pay any additional remuneration and taxes, and the winners will need to personally bear the personal income tax.
5. Anyone that submits works to the organizer is deemed to agree to and abide by the rules of this soliciting activity.
6. If there is no appropriate entry for Qiandao Lake tourism publicity slogan or Qiandao Lake B&B publicity slogan, then the relevant awards will be viewed as unclaimed.
7. Chun’an County Culture, Broadcasting, Culture and Sports Bureau reserves the right of final explanation of the activity.
